Their first crack at an Icewine made from Sauvignon Blanc was a delicious success. The long and dry fall meant that the grapes were in pristine condition going into the wintertime. Harvest in late December, the grapes were picked by hand at -10°C. Sauvignon Blanc’s hallmark racy acidity keeps this Icewine lean and fresh. A delicious end to any meal.
Bricht and citrus on the nose, with notes of lemon curd, sweet citrus and tropical fruits. A bright acidity with a long and lean finish. Flavours of honeycomb, Anjou pear and papaya fill the palate.
